Paul Ciancutti has over 27 years of experience in the automotive industry. He began his automotive career working for a small family owned automotive company in New Jersey, eventually moving to Florida in 1999 working for a big national automotive chain before finding RPM in 2010. Throughout his career, Paul has attended several management, training, and technical seminars and has received multiple customer service and management awards. His hobbies include reading, following his favorite sports, and watching a good movie. Paul is married with 4 children and currently attends Turning Point Baptist Church.

Assistant Service Manager

Tiffany Graham was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She graduated from Mandarin High School and has been in the automotive industry for over ten years. Tiffany has attended numerous management seminars and has been publicly recognized for excellent customer service. She enjoys spending time with her husband and children participating in their local community activities.
