Managing Partner/Service Manager

Tim Pullen has been happily married since 1986 and has two wonderful children. He has resided in the Mandarin area since 1982. Tim started off in the automotive industry with his father Elwood at Elwoods Auto Repair and has managed RPM Julington Creek since its inception in 2003. Tim is ASE Master Certified. Tim's hobbies include fishing and spending time with his family.

Assistant Service Manager

Shawn Fuller was born in Jamestown NY. He moved to Flowery Branch Ga in 1992 where he completed high school and graduated from Lanier Tech with a diploma in Business/ Marketing Management. While completing school he worked as automotive tech at two local shops. Shawn moved from Georgia to Jacksonville in 1999. Coming from the marine service industry Shawn brings over 15 years of service knowledge along with a lifetime passion for the automotive world. Shawn has also attended FCCJ for over two years. He is blessed with a wonderful wife and loving daughter. Hobbies include spending time with his family, boating, fishing, football and fast cars.

Assistant Service Manager

Tommy Delia is from Tampa(Tampa Bay Buccaneers) and has been in Jacksonville since 1978. He grew up in Mandarin and has the best wife in existence. Tommy has four children, two boys and two girls. He has been in the automotive industry almost 15 years. He enjoys spending time with his family most of all, however he does find time to golf, fish and sometimes play video games.
