Duane Brown
Manager
A native of Pompano Beach, Florida, Duane Brown has been working within the automotive industry for the past 42 years. Duane furthered his education at Florida Atlantic University and Santa Fe Community College before earning his ASE and AC certifications from Dale Carnegie and Franklin Covey. Additionally, Duane spent two years working for NHRA and 35 years in the tire and service repair industry.
Duane has been a resident of Jacksonville since 1976 with his wife Susan, seven children and now fourteen grandchildren. As a team member of RPM, Duane has been able to follow in his father’s footsteps and enhance his career in the auto industry working with customers and employees to solve various automotive issues.
Reuben Shackelford
Service Advisor
Born in Columbia, SC Reuben Shackelford has worked within the automotive industry for the past 34 years. Reuben relocated to Jacksonville in 1972 before graduating from Terry Parker High School in 78’ and starting his career working alongside automotive dealerships throughout Jacksonville where he earned multiple achievement awards.
Reuben Shackelford along with his wife Kathy of 30 years, two children and three grandchildren have been active members of the Jacksonville community since their relocation and have participated in multiple outreach events through RPM. As a service advisor Reuben is able to utilize his passion for automotive’s to assist local members of the community by providing quality service with integrity.
